goal:

1. Improve speaking English
2. Repeat as soon as possible almost at the same time as the speaker

Steps:

1. Find an English video or audio
2. Repeat after the speaker Do not need to understand or finish listening the whole sentence. Mistakes are allowed.
3. Record your voice
4. Practice 1 hour each day
